engAIge is able to send a follow-up message to a customer based on their response to a WhatsApp message, utilizing quick reply buttons for interaction.

When crafting a WhatsApp template, you can include up to three quick reply buttons. If a user selects button 1 in response to the initial WhatsApp message, we can configure an automation workflow to trigger a specific follow-up message corresponding to that choice. Similarly, if button 2 is clicked, a different response is sent.

This process is managed using bookmark transitions and external source instruction actions within our automation platform.
