The Email action initiates the sending of an email, to a specified recipient. It can be used for notifications, confirmations, newsletters, or other communication purposes.

Details of the Email action
Before an automation is created using the email action, an email template should be created.
This email template will be used in setting up the 'send email' action.
To create an email template, click on Channels > Emails > Create
engAIge embeds an email editor, BeeFree SDK, for our customers to create emails
Sending a test email
Once your template has been created and published,
Enter a From Email address and To Email address
Click Send Test Email
Set up the Automation
Complete the details provided in the Email Action Details

Save and Activate the Automation
Remeber to set up the trigger to receive the external event that will kick off the emails to the customers
