The main feature that enables customer engagement is the Automator. The Automator is a drag and drop workflow consisting of a trigger, transitions and actions driven by the engAIge platform to communicate with your websites or system.
Trigger: Anything the user does to interact with the website or system e.g. Type of Event will be a user will load the webpage
Action: engAIge can react to these events with an action e.g. we can render a form to the customer when the page is loaded e.g. contact us form or a sales capture form
Transition: The user can select how we transition from the trigger to the action. E.g. The user may want a delay in the action being triggered, or have the action trigger due to a specific condition.
